Seems that us and Lincoln will battle for the title.
But when it comes to average possession in League One:
1st - Cardiff City
24th - Lincoln City
So two contrasting styles occupy the top two right now.

Jez, that is nuts, suppose it's a bit like us when we went up with Warnock compared with Fulham or Wolves who were up there with us.
Proves both styles work but defo prefer our possession based style now. I'm not keen on always playing out from the back and passing just for the sake of passing (Fulham used to be terrible for that - just so boring to watch). We, on the other hand, probe and push for an opening. Sometimes down the wing, sometimes through the middle...with the odd long ball thrown in. It's varied play and I'm loving it.
I do feel, as the season has gone on, we are playing a little more direct. It's certainly leading to more goals. Our possession stats have moved from being in the 70's to being around 60% now. Fair play to BBM, he's slackened his very tight grip on always keeping the ball and its working a treat.

None of their metrics are great possession, xg. We have all seen under Warnock though you don't need any of that to win. I can't see them collapsing now, they looked great against us

Yeah I'm not criticising them at all, they're doing it their way are are on an incredible run that nobody saw coming - fair play to them.

That is strange but from what I have seen they are very direct and that's no bad thing. Stats based on possession can be nonsense. Some sides can have a lot of the ball because they cant do anything with it. I remember the Jacks having possession of 80% in the first half against Newcastle in one televised game yet not one shot and only one touch in the box.

Amazing, I like both styles as long as we are attacking and scoring, but I do prefer BBM's now.
BBM will be watching every game they've played this season, and working out how to beat them, while pinching some of their best moves. I'm looking forward to Plymouth and Lincoln. I think we will win them both, fingers crossed!
