going to start a conversation here !
Ive read a few posts saying we'll be lucky to keep BBM but here's why i think we will providing the powers that be back him to a reasonable level.
He's been given a blank canvas here with lets be fair an exceptional group of young players. He has great facilities from the CCS to the training facilities. This is a project which may take a decade to come to fruition but given how things have gone in the last decade i think the fans will cut him some slack if we need a few years in the championship to build to be a premier contender. Whereelse could he get this sort of blank canvas to stamp his style on.

Football is a fickle game BBM has never earned big money in football and if a team comes along with a contract that could set him and his family up for life if he is like most people he will move.
If he does well in the Championship if and when we get promoted his star will rise even higher. We need him to be successful with the club but that will bring even more admirers of him

fair point, just putting it out there. really hope he stays lets hope owners ( whoever they may be) back him as required

Unfortunately I think you've hit the nail on the head when you add the proviso "if the owners back him".
If that owner is still Vincent Tan that's probably unlikely to happen if by "backing" you mean providing funds for strengthening the team.
Let's face it - Tan has learnt nothing during his time in charge here. He will expect BBM to get us promoted to the Premier League next season if we manage to go up this season and having done it on a shoestring once he'll expect BBM to do it again.

my thoughts exactly. i really dont know if tan will realise he has an absolute gem in BBM.
