I want to see Wales win at every sport but after having years of rugby forced down my throat, I can’t help but sadly smirk.

You spot on. We can hardly laugh with our empty seats all over the place.

We play 23 games at our ground every season - the egg play six at most, sometimes five.

Does anybody still believe that rugby is the "National Sport" of Wales?

Simon,

In the 70’s and 80’s they laughed at Wales and Cardiff City football

And even Banned Football in school that’s why I hate them so much.

Agreed mate. Always rugby when I was in school too. The odd football game chucked in for good measure. They’ve let their golden goose turn into a lame duck.

You can’t compare the Six Nations with 23 league games in League One.

Principality Stadium. Capacity 73,931 (rugby union and football)[6]
78,000 (boxing)[7]

The attendance of 57,744 at the Principality Stadium was Wales' lowest crowd for a Six Nations game at the ground

No way is rugby the national sport of Wales.

You only have to look at the pathetic attendances at club rugby to see that.

And besides, a huge proportion of Wales rugby at the Principality stadium is watched by people coming for an ‘event’ not the actual game, a day out on the piss, middle age and overweight valleys women with their stupid daffodil hats and tickets given away.

Agree not our number1 sport - look at both the men/women football teams compared to the Rugby
