Advice please

me & my son both season ticket holders and both got on our phones. Cant make the port vale game over easter as on hols...is it still possible to get paper tickets for this game only so can give to mates to go instead?

I'm sure you could transfer from phone to another persons phone. Think my daughter did it last season, otherwise tell ticket office having problem with battery or similar on phone so need paper tickets.

You’re not actually allowed to give your tickets to others unless you’re corporate up in the top grandstand although plenty do.

Simply, just contact the ticket office for advice.

Cant transfer tickets but can let people use fan numbers to buy tickets ?. Seems a contradiction

The others may be right but contradictory to that, when you go on the app and go to that game on your account you can choose that specific game and convert it to a one off single match ticket you can send to anyone. Ive done it few times this season. One of them is even from a girls season ticket and i gave it to a male mate and stewards didnt bat an eye lid, they just care about the age bracket for the ticket from my experince!
I dunno clubs terms and conditions but the fact you can do this seems to me you can share your tickets with anyone?

I've shared mine few times with my mate who's also a ST. If u trust the person u giving it to then the easiest way to do it is if you have the original email to that person they can download straight to their wallet

people can use anyone's ticket as long as they are in same age bracket for ticket.... but can't use child to adult or over 60... or visa versa a light shows age category when pass through turnstiles...if need to swap categories you need to go to ticket office to pay for upgrade... posh area's categories dont apply.....terms and conditions say can't do it but keeping to age group shouldn't present a problem even if St belongs to opposite sex that's not highlighted at turnstiles...
