Last October went out on loan to Merthyr in a youth loan, this January went out to Non League Eastleigh.

He struggled at Eastleigh and didn't make an impression. Whether he was unhappy or the manager didn't fancy him not sure but this loan move was not helping his development. Louis Giles not exactly pulling up trees either.

Rules on 3 registered clubs but only appearing for 2 of them don't apply to the National Leagues.

I mean at least BBM is recruiting youngsters and recalling players from loan.

Personally though Tan has done much better than last season and seasons before in keeping in the background and letting the team focus on potential promotion. Without saying silly things that would upset the fanbase. I think we have a solid team at the moment and any signing with a huge reputation will just upset the team chemistry. We got Rubin coming back soon and Salech won't be too far away either. As soon as they return we will keep winning games and picking up the points needed.

Matters with Tan can wait until the summer where if we did get promoted then the job would be trying to keep BBM and the young talented players like Rubin and Joel Colwill, Kpakio, Lawlor, Ashford and Isaak Davies. And of course Salech.

If we keep our core young players then all we need is only 2 or 3 players in the summer for the squad depth. and who knows we might be top half of the championship. Bet Tan would not mind that with limited investment.
