HOWEVER, i thought he could have done better for both Burton goals yesterday. He should have reacted quicker for both especially the second, the ball looped up off the wall and he should have been strong and cleared the ball taking the Burton player out in the process. Instead it was the other way around with Trott ending up in a heap on the floor in the net.

He's not been a keeper that dominates his area in the air but yesterday he looked a little apprehensive so maybe that injury has affected his confidence.

Mike, I’ve now seen the highlights and you have a point; certainly with the second/equalising goal!

You’re also right that he’s the best keeper in a while (I’d say since David Marshal) and he’ll come back from this no problem!

I think trott is a great shot stopper kicks the ball well with his passing but he doesn't command his box it's one thing I'd say he needs to improve

Trott is a brilliant keeper but he's not one to come off his line a lot which can sometimes be an issue, I agree yesterday the second goal he should of wiped that attacker out before he even had a chance to connect with the ball

Agreed wez he's been a great shot stopper but long balls over the top he can get and back peddles or waits for the shot or crosses in or very close to the 6 yard box he sits on his line rather than punches or collects them, only things I doubt him on.
