Half Time Yesterday

Sun Feb 01, 2026 8:51 am

Did anyone else notice yesterday, for me a first. No City subs out on pitch warming up / kick about, apart from I think Baegan, who came on.

A BBM bollocking for all?

Certainly an odd one! I can only hazard a guess that BBM wanted his whole squad to hear his half-time talk?

Whatever he said, appeared to have an effect, as the highlights I saw (I missed the game) seemed to show the XI on the field bucked up a lot after half-time?

Quick question: was Bagan going on for Kpakio at half-time simply a tactical one or an injury?

If the former, how did Kpakio do? :ayatollah:

He got booked early on & was walking a tightrope (badly) for most of the rest of the first half so that probably has something to do with it but he was also getting beaten quite a lot.

ive noticed this has happened on a few occassions at ccs this season. not sure its a bollocking or just bbm wanting all players in on the second half tactics.

Must be rooming with Alex Robertson on away trips by the sound, then? :laughing6: :ayatollah:
