I am pension age never been offered anything other than the usual oaps which all clubs do,
i have not had free entry,or reduce entrance fee for a midweek or evening game etc

The club should be handing out free tickets to a different school in the area every home game all season.

It's sad to see the family stand as empty as it is for all our home games, not just this season but for many many seasons gone.

That’s fair enough Annis. I’m only going by what I was told when I was banging on about it in the past. I’ve said that they should be sending tickets to loads of local schools to fill the family stand. Even if a fairly small proportion come back we’ll still gain on merchandise, food and drink sales.

Is not being top of the League, playing decent stuff, and having a progressive Head Coach not enough to draw people in?

Another honest question (not necessarily aimed at you) is to ask ‘at what point does the ‘regular’ support have to suffer in favour of the ‘occasional’ support just to get backsides on seats?’

For me, it’s a valid question, Like many others, I commit to the club every season, and people should want to be part of this current journey without the need for unfair incentives where the regulars are technically missing out!

I have a season ticket for another team and watch them as my family support them and I live there.

I have been to a few city games this season and am made up about how well we are going in spite of the owner.

Back to the original subject; I think crowds of 20,000 are pretty good at league one level, no matter what position you are in the league. We are not that big a club to expect many more.
I expect attendances to climb to mid twenties for the last couple of matches as promotion lingers and the weather improves.
But in all honesty, the majority of football lovers of all ages in and around the city watch top level matches on TV these days. Most are not interested in lower league stuff.
They only turned up at the Chelsea match in big numbers to see how Cardiff performed against the big names. It's not because they all suddenly became Cardiff fans.
The only way we will regularly fill our stadium is if we ever got back to the Premiership.

A Club Our Size and Stadiums should not be playing Clubs week in week out with Crowds of 4,000, 5,,6, 7,000.

That’s how low this Hierarchy have Sunk us.
