BBM's dad

On the train back today and I happened to mention on the phone to a mate the name of our manager. Turns out the table next to me was a group of Irish people.

I knew BBM's dad was well known in Ireland but not to the extent that I learnt tonight.

They absolutely adore him and he's seen as a national legend.

Hopefully his son can achieve the same in the UK.

Watch the Overlap on Tour on Sky, Roy Keane goes back to Cork and meets Jimmy BM. I work with a handful of Irish lads and BBMs dad is truly one of Irelands biggest ever sportsmen. Keane was in awe. I'd even say we are building up an Irish fan base because of his dad.

They are usually well informed of any Irish connection to be fair but your right, his dad is a legend over here
