Hope you all enjoyed, what would have been an early start for a long distance for an early kick off.

Fans that travelled deserve that win.

He's doing a brilliant job, and deserves to be backed by the owner.

If we hold on to him he could be the most successful manager we’ve ever had.

I think you could be right ,
What he’s doing with this team is fantastic, they all seem to be loving the manager and there’s such a positive energy around the team ,
I’m Just trying to keep a level head at the minute as long way to go yet and with the way our luck goes anything cud bloody happen , but enjoying this so far very much :bluebird:

Pity I missed you Rich.... I saw Steve who said he'd lost you between the coach and the turnstiles!

This guy has been an absolute revelation. What a great job he has done.

Got to be honest, I had reservations when he was appointed......roughly along the lines of "limited experience" "working with no finances" "not a great track record".........but as in all things in life, the proof is in the pudding.

What I really like about BBM is that he plays down the "talk" bit but what is quite evident is that he "walks the walk".

Let's hope we can keep him for a few more years, as he will already be having suitors knocking on his door, and if he stays, I hope he gets backed by the clowns (sorry, I meant the Board!). :bluebird:

I have to admit I was very very worried about BBM being our manager he has so far past all
Expectations :bluebird: :bluebird:

Re: BBM awsome

I backed him from day 1, was highly thought of in the footballing community as a modern thinking coach and after the pre season friendly against qpr I was convinced we were in for a wild ride this season, I put money on us to finish 4th back in July so we've even exceeded my expectations so far but still a long way to go before I'll pop the champagne cork

Many of us had the same thoughts as you about BBM, infact i'd never heard of him before. As long as Tan and his two fraudsters are here there's every chance that we could lose BBM throuvh their stupidity alone. To keep BBM long term we have to get rid of the three idiots who are in control of the club.

I think the stars have aligned for him and the club. Its why i am not overly concerned about him leaving.

We have an extremely talent bunch of young players and the older players have bought in. As we all know, no one the clubs know what they are doing so he hasn't board room conflicts. Tan backs his managers and generally wants them to lead the club.

He holds all cards

I was too , I was dreading this season , but what a breath of fresh air he’s been , absolutely fantastic
And why do managers go to bigger clubs only to have a nightmare . They shud stay where they are and carry on doing a great job with the smaller clubs and bring them up , this is wat it should be all about

And at times great football. :bluebird: :bluebird:
