Brian Barry-Murphy has been nominated for Manager of the Month, alongside three other managers.
Your Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month nominees for December are:
Brian Barry-Murphy (Cardiff City)
Cardiff won five of their six League One fixtures for 15 points from a possible 18, scoring 12 goals.
Each win was by a one-goal margin, which speaks volumes about the belief and character Barry-Murphy has instilled in his young squad.
Ian Evatt (Blackpool)
Once club captain, Evatt’s return to Bloomfield Road has brought positivity and transformed the atmosphere. T
Third from bottom at the beginning of December, he led his side to 13 points from five unbeaten games and a 12-2 goals differential.
Michael Skubala (Lincoln City)
Wins over promotion rivals Cardiff and Stockport figured prominently in Lincoln’s unbeaten month to earn 13 points from five matches.
Skubala’s players possess a resilience that allows them to ride out periods of pressure within games.
Luke Williams (Peterborough United)
Williams has simplified Peterborough’s approach since taking over.
His 4-2-3-1 system has restored their famed attacking play and taken the pressure off an over-worked defence, resulting in 13 points from five unbeaten games.

I doubt he'll win as all the other managers were unbeaten in December, one even beating us.
If I was betting on who I would go for Ian Evatt if just for that goal difference.

Personally I'd give the award to Williams.
The turnaround at Peterborough has been incredible.

Rumours that BBM may have won. A bit surprised but it does seem he got the most points in December.
