One of the best for that league. Reminds me of earnshaw to good for championship but not really a premier league player.

Not good enough for us in league 1 though according to some lol.

To be fair when we played Wrexham he was the only player that scared me on their team

Everytime the ball went up to him he looked like he was going to score

I’m not sure anyone has said he (quote) “not good enough for us in League One”, but I do recall some saying they didn’t want him back because of his actions in the latter days of when he was here!

I was one of them; although a search of my comments will also show I stated I could see the ‘value’ of getting him back to help our relegation fight at one point

Others, but not all, who didn’t like his perceived ‘lack of moral character’ agreed at the time!

It's not just his goals, he defends well and holds the ball up to bring other players into play.

A lot on here were slating him last year and playing down how good he actually is.

You may well be right Sven. It certainly wasn’t the thoughts of a lot of people. My memory not what it used to be so I’ve probably recalled incorrectly.

Great target man, bit of a show pony at times. Would love to have him in our team though. I love Salech but Moore would be on at least 8 more goals already with the same chances, in my opinion.
