That's a great international player gone in yorath, blond haired bomber RIP, along with Martin chivers both great 1970s players .

Very sad news.

Cardiff born - great no nonsense midfielder moulded by the iconic Leeds team of the early 70s.

A fantastic servant to Wales both as player and manager as well as his various roles in club management.

It would be nice if Cardiff and Bradford could arrange a joint tribute to him in our up and coming fixture.

Really sad news, RIP.

Was watching MOTD last night and Gabby Logan had to be replaced partway through with Mark Chapman (who had just finished his radio show), due to a "family emergency". Makes sense now as Terry Yorath is, of course, her father.

Thoughts go out to the whole family.

Thanks for the memories back in the 1970's when you were captain of Wales.
I used to love the old home internationals at Ninian Park when I was in my teens.
