L'Equipe:
Kjetil Knutsen of FK Bodø/Glimt is a name circulating for potential new Strasbourg manager, and another is Brian Barry-Murphy of Cardiff City.
Strasbourg's current manager, Liam Rosenior, is the front runner for the Chelsea job.

Don’t you mean he “could” be in the running for the Strasbourg club according to that report ? Or have I missed read your quote ?

Yeah, sorry "could be in the running" is fair.

I am only starting to understand the BBM footballing philosophy, and the man. In all honesty have you seen anything that suggests this bloke would be interesting interested in joining the Chelsea owners Circus. His mate has just won two competitions doesn’t get to pick up the players and has just left.
It looks like BBM‘s idol is Pep Guardiola who builds legacies!
I cannot see BBM leaving in the near future unless tan fails to back him which in all honesty I cannot see because he does back his managers they just spunk the money like kids in a sweet shop.

‘Rumours of interest’ are bound to come up when your manager is doing so well
But, can anyone (one or two apart) genuinely see BBM walking away from this squad of (mainly young) players whilst they are topping the table, he is enhancing his own and his players reputations, and potentially making the club a healthy return on their investment at some point in the future?
I honestly believe BBM has ‘bought in’ to the ‘project’, and for me, he has fallen into an ‘ideal scenario’ with our ‘youth-based’ scenario, and he will want to see the job through at the CCS, getting us back to the Championship (maybe beyond), and building a bit of a legacy on the way

Tan needs to give him an extension in the summer 1 or 2 years
If he carries on like he is we will have a lot of clubs coming in for him
If we let his contract run down too much he might not sign on again and keep his options open
If he signs an extension at least we can get a lot more in compensation for him when the inevitable happens

There's no L'Equipe article supporting this.

No idea if there's an article but it was tweeted by one of their journalists.

He's already got a 4 year contract.

I thought it was a 3 year contract but if it's 4 then fair enough
