Why is he so reluctant to shoot?

he has a powerful and accurate shot. I think its the way we play that is preventing him utilising it. We seem to want to pass our way into the 6 yard box from 25 yards out rather than have a pop.

It's definitely how we play and how teams play against us. There's very little point in shooting if the space isn't there
