Merthyr Town Football Club can confirm that Will Spiers has returned to Cardiff City following the conclusion of his loan agreement.
Lower Non League
Merthyr had an option to keep him till May.
Spiers aged 20 returns to the Bluebirds

I’d suggest that’s not a good sign, if they had an ‘option’ to extend and he’s not injured

He must be loaned put at a higher level as seems Merthyr fans like him and player was happy to stay

Rumours I heard is that he's asked to look for a permanent move somewhere

Having played (and scored) in the Vertu Cup for us and also his Merthyr appearances I don’t think he will be eligable to play for a third team this season, so this recall is a bit of a mystery to me tbh.
