Posted this on Instagram today.

Could have just been in the area visiting family, but seems a coincidence.

This particular signing looks more and more likely!

If so, it will show ‘planning’, and I’ll trust in BBM! :ayatollah:

The section he is sitting in there is the players and family section, I'm quite confident this loan will be happening and think it will benefit both us and biancheri for the rest of the season

In the past i would have said we don’t need an unproven player in this division But BBM now has my trust that my mind is open to it.
It is great seeing so many young players getting a chance and doing well thankfully

His excitement for coming back to his home town is for all to see I reckon, maybe he can’t resist in telling us he’s comng home , how good would this be ,

If he is going on anywhere on loan -which i guess he now needs to -then we are the obvious choice

I’m a bit concerned myself by this lack of signing! We’re already hours into a month long window, and no news from the Board, who are usually so free with their transparency! :laughing6:

Yes it's very funny side splitting?
I know we leave it to the last minute usually , but it would be nice to geta few lists in early and contribute this .onth as we have 7 games plus I am concerned for us to get in a few players left back extra striker but carry on taking the p.ss.

Monty they are like a double act, off again

Signings need to be done as early as possible

ANNIS

Bagan was missing at wycombe and it showed still not signed a left back to compete and alternate but I suppose we can wait until February.

Sense of humour, Monty! Sense of humour!

You should know by now, our club are never straightforward, but my belief is that Biancheri (and one or two others) will be here during the window. It’s an old adage, but patience is needed

And you’re right about cover for Bagan. That’s our biggest ‘need’ of the window, as it was last summer!

I don't agree that we have to bring in players early.

We will have our 2-3 targets and they will either come in or we will go with what we have.

I'll remind people that they were saying similar in the summer when we only brought in three and look at where we are now.

People were pointing out teams that had brought in ten players, but we're doing better than all of them.

As I've said before, the January window for EFL clubs is mainly about loans and I expect we will be targeting a couple of them.

Visiting his family for Christmas, like he's done the last two years.

Could well be just that, and would explain the non-event on transfer opening day; but it could be a ‘loan’ worth doing, if it could be sorted!

I think we are a club other clubs would be more than happy to send their better youngsters to this season! :ayatollah:

So if we bring them in, in say end of January you will be one of the first to say they need to get fit, he’ll and need time

Don't know why some people think we have to rush to do everything.

Same people who were moaning that we didn't bring in ten players in the summer and that we'd struggle all season. But look where we are.

But we don’t as we will have been looking at players in Nov / Dec so we’ve had plenty of time

I dont expect immediately , but not the last days of January
