Referee rating - marks out of ten

I honestly thought he was the worst one we had this season.

He was dreadful.

I'll mark him as 1/10.

I was going to be generous & give him a 2 but I'll join you in giving him a 1 as he was abysmal.

They're loving him over on the Lincoln forum, all 8s,9s & 10s but I thought he was just poor for both teams. Funny old game innit.

Yeah, not using it as an excuse. Lincoln deserved to win.

But I also thought he was terrible for both teams.

I gave a mark of 2

The referee was as bad as I’ve seen so far this season; absolutely no protection for Yousef Salech, and some really odd decisions across the game

A ONE from me

A 2 from me, that passage of play when they were attacking us just B4 half time, and the linesman flagged for offside and he completely ignored him, incensed us. Ended up with a corner for them, and if they had scored from it, it would have gone crazy in the away end!

Do we have stevie wonder on the forum giving the ref 8 today

Didn’t want to say this at first because I don’t want to be accused of being bitter or clutching. I’m not. We didn’t do enough to win.

BUT. Does anyone else think turner was taken out for their second? Have a watch of the Lincoln feed on x for the goal. They basically massed on him and pushed him away.

You can argue the toss he should have commanded his goal more. And he certainly didn’t make a fuss when it happened.
But if that goal isn’t given, it’s a different game.

I shouldn’t be surprised after Kapakio was punished for having the Lincoln player go through the back of him. Or Isaak being upended with little punishment.

It’s nightly frustrating and these key lack of decisions do change the flow of games.
