THE WELSH MATCH UP LAST NIGHT

Sat Dec 20, 2025 8:01 am

Did anyone watch that farse last night??? I thought they were two poor looking teams with very little football being played by either side. The first two home goals were a joke followed by the 90th minute winner which straight out of a circus act.

Did you mean farce?

Glad supporters of Wales' 3rd ranked team were happy to watch Wales' top two teams battle it out in the Championship.
Hopefully you will join us there next season for a three way competition.

It was good to see Wrexhan sold out their full allocation of tickets something Cardiff were nevet able to do.
A game without any of this bubble nonsense.

Yes farce is what i meant to print (using my mobile) but i certainly don't need spelling leasons off any jack tramp. There was very little football played by one team struggling badly, (you) and another team who have invested heavily on their squad in the summer. As for selling allocations we have always sold what we've been given, in fact before the the bubble matches we would totally take over your horrendous excuse for a city centre only seeing jacks in the stadium. Talking of crowds, we had 33,000 at our place on tuesday, you record home attendance is only 32,000, sums up what a tiny little club you really are.

Why would any city fan want to watch that??
Some say they obsessed with us.
I didn’t even know they were playing till this.

Ah, here comes ‘Infrequent_Jack’ after a rare and fortuitous win for his team!

3 crap goals and not much else to get excited about. I tuned in to watch a decent derby where no result was a good outcome and I cant stand either if you; but it was poor.

You'll both stay up, but I cant see either of you getting much higher. Wrexhams play-off ambitions are laughable.

See you next year when we'll smash the pair of you.

Why was Mclean still on the pitch, he should be banned from football after blatantly kicking one guy in the head & elbowing another in the head, he's an animal & not a good one.

So sad that a jack was on our forum first thing this morning to see if anyone on here could be bothered to post about their game v Disney FC last night. They are so obsessed with their capital city club who's average attendance in a league lower is over 2500 higher than there's :laughing5:

We have always been and always will be the better supported club no matter what league we are in, and as for your idiotic comment about not selling out when we come to your sh1t hole, we always sell out our allocation.

So crawl back into your run down caravan and worry about your own support.

lol. A much better use of your time mate.
To me watching anyone but city play especially teams we not meant to be obsessed with, is one of the more “stranger things” I’ve read on this site.

lol.

What's more embarassing is pretending to not be obsessed with a rival. Its ok to have rivals, gents. I tuned in for red cards and a decent derby - that it was NOT.

Stranger things is for nerds and virgins :laughing6:

The old sh*t hole stadium they had, i'm sure it was against Reading.

Re: THE WELSH MATCH UP LAST NIGHT

Thought it was a very poor game.

The Jacks perhaps edged it but they must have been the 2 most lucky goals they will score all season. Wrexham for all the money they have spent were dreadful.

If we go up I cant see either team giving up a problem.

If you read what I posted it wasn’t in response to you. But mikecalling people sad. You can’t think one party is sad and and the other party isn’t sad over the same thing it’s hypocritical.

Everyone is entitled to their own view. If you want to watch Wrexham and Cardiff what difference does it make to me.
My issue is if Swansea mention us they sad obbbessed fans but we mentioned them it’s ok. Just double standards.
We local rivals it’s what is expected both ways nothing more than a bit of banter.

The OP is a Cardiff fan on a Cardiff city forum and is asking if any Cardiff fan watched that game. The first person to answer is a jack who clearly went on our forum to see if anyone has posted about their game and can't resist posting absolute bo77ocks about our support.

So in answering your original question, no I don't think it's sad that a Cardiff fan posted on a Cardiff forum about their game. I do however think it's sad that a Cardiff fan calls his fellow Cardiff fan a hypocrite for no reason.

You seem to think a lot of things are sad.
Like I’ve said before let people do what they want but try not to be so emotional when they do. Take it as a compliment they so interested in us. People from other teams come on here as well but don’t get the same treatment.
