David Turnbull:
“It’s great for myself. Last year I had my injury which came at an annoying time. It’s never a good time to get one, but it’s good to get back. I had a little niggle earlier in the season just as I felt I was getting into my flow again, so it’s good to be injury free at the moment and hopefully it continues.
“The Championship is really physical, but I’d say that League One is a lot more man-to-man. It’s been tough but enjoyable, because we’re getting more results this year and able to play the way we can.
“This season I’ve felt a lot more comfortable and getting to where I want to be, and Brian [Barry-Murphy] has helped a lot. I used to score more goals and that’s what he’s tried to get back in my game, scoring goals, and Tuesday was a good starting point. Hopefully I can get a few more before the end of the season.
"I think we’re on a good run now the past four or five wins in a row, so I think in this block of games there are a lot of games and definitely we’re playing teams at the top, we need to beat them. I think it’s an important period just to try to rack up the wins, get them under the belt and try to push our way through now.
"There are a lot of bodies in midfield. The boys have been brilliant and that’s what you’re after and what everybody wants, a bit of competition for places. You know you need to be there everyday in training, trying to take your chance and just stay in the team as much as you can, but then when you rotate you know you’re being replaced by a good player. That’s always good for a team that’s pushing up the table."
