Vote: MAN of the MATCH v Doncaster (Home)

Sat Dec 13, 2025 5:30 pm

What a game and what a finish! :occasion5:

Actually felt for Doncaster, but we take the win and move on! :ayatollah:

Some good performances out there, including both wingers early in, Nathan Trott for his save, and BBM for his half-time substitutions

But today, for me, it has to be the battling and industrious Ryan Wintle! :ayatollah:

Ashford for me.

I said a while ago how he’s developing into a great little footballer.

I thought it was Wintle he played some wicked balls today. Ashford was brilliant again though

I went for Trott as 2 of their goals were deflections that he had well covered & he made a couple of world class saves when we were against the ropes.

I have been convinced for a while that Ashford will be better as the central attacking midfielder, and i think that's where his future will be.

Shout out for Wintle, who was a one man midfeild for most of the second half

Trott for me as that save near the end could have crushed us ..

It's between Ashford and Wintle for me, I'll just say Ashford.

I’ve been critical of Ashford but he really showed his ability today so hats off to him. If he maintains that level he’s going to be like a new signing.

That said, Wintle was absolutely outstanding today in every facet so he gets my vote. And to think, Bulut wanted him out of the club !!!!!!

Don't understand why Isaac Davies was removed at half time, they struggled to cope with him.

I'll give a shout out to Ng who thought offered the composure, calmness and strength where it was needed when he came on.

I agree about davies he created havoc on the left like Ashford on the right ,unless he was injured or just resting players 45 mins each

I think Bagan was getting tucked up,so stick Willock on to give him a hand.
