MY VIEW: TODAY WAS A VERY EXCITING / OPEN GAME AND CARDIFF HAD TO FIGHT ALL THE WAY FOR A WIN

WHAT A WIN :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

19th placed Doncaster Rovers really took it to Cardiff.

It was end to end.

Fair Result 3-3 would of been but City get the WIN

CARDIFF NEVER GIVE UP YES YES :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Before today Doncaster were 19th and Cardiff Top in League 1 / Division 3.
Doncaster with one win in their last 12 league games

GOAL! Cardiff City 4-3 Doncaster Rovers (Bagan 90+8)

GOOOOOOOAL! There's another sting in the tail!!!
What an ending!
Cian Ashford with a sensational run as he chops inside and smashes a low shot, which is poorly saved by Lo-Tutala. He pushes it into Joel Bagan's path and the defender smashes home from point-blank range! :bluebird: :bluebird:

CARDIFF STAY TOP OF THE LEAGUE :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

BBM changed the starting line-up once again even after 4 consecutive wins

POSSESSSION: CCFC 58 % DONCASTER 42 %

SHOTS : CCFC 17 DONCASTER 11

ON TARGET CCFC 6 DONCASTER 4

FIRST-HALF: Entertaining, Doncaster attacked and City defended sloppy. 2-2 was fair both had 2 shots each on goal and both teams scored from them.

Cardiff born Charlie Crew caused big problems for Cardiff.

GOAL! Cardiff City 0-1 Doncaster Rovers (Bailey 15)
Luke Molyneux takes it down the right and pulls a cross back to near the penalty spot. Owen Bailey is there unmarked and hits a scruffy shot straight towards Nathan Trott.
But the ball flicks off Will Fish's leg and takes it away from the Cardiff 'keeper and into the back of the net.

GOAL! Cardiff City 1-1 Doncaster Rovers (Kellyman 25)
Goal! Kellyman leveled :bluebird:
Davies shrugged off his man, bursts past him and sprints up the left. He shows excellent vision to pick out Omari Kellyman who ghosts it at the edge of the box.
He takes a marvellous first touch and his shot is deflected past Thimothee Lo-Tutala in the Donny goal.

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-1 Doncaster Rovers (Ashford 34)
Goal! Wow, what a solo goal from Cian Ashford!

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-2 Doncaster Rovers (Hanlan 42)
Goal! Brandon Hanlan scores and it's another great goal.
Charlie Crew bends a pass through Calum Chambers and Will Fish - it's a great ball, you have to say - and Hanlan races through.
Kpakio is unable to catch him and the striker whips his left-footed effort into the bottom corner.

SECOND-HALF:

45min: Subs: Tripple Dylan Lawlor, Perry Ng and Chris Willock on.

Will Fish, Ronan Kpakio and Isaak Davies off.

50mins GOAL! Cardiff City 3-2 Doncaster Rovers
Goal! Salech converts this time!
Ryan Wintle with a lovely diagonal cross over the top of Connor O'Riordan, who is locked in a tussle with Yousef Salech.
The striker just manages to fend him off as he slides in to meet the cross over his shoulder first time. And it's another great finish, steering it past Thimothee Lo-Tutala and into the bottom corner.

61mins: A massive chance for Brandon Hanlan to double his tally, missed a great chance, then Doncaster had another great chance.
What a save from Trott!

64mins Turnbull replaces Robertson

68MIN: Salech nearly scored, saved on the line by Donny defender.

72mins GOAL! Cardiff City 3-3 Doncaster Rovers
Goal! Harry Clifton scores to level again! made it look so easy.

74min Doncaster missed an open goal.

76 min Robinson replaced Kellyman

83 min Top save from Nathan Trott! ANOTHER deflected shot from Jordan Gibson needs tipping around the corner at full stretch from the City keeper.

End to end

97min Bagan YES 4-3

I remember saying back in July I think we will see some real humdingers this season with goals galore and heart attack football, didn't think it would be so often though my heart can't take it lol, the never say die attitude of this team is making this one of my favourite seasons ever, it's certainly not boring

Feel sorry for Doncaster as I thought they deserved the draw.

At the end they played for the draw which was their mistake.

The reality is we need to tighten up at the back.

Just relieved we got the goal for the 3 points.

BBM said at the start of the season he'd rather win a match 4-3 than 1-0. I think he may have been a tad serious!

Didn't play that well at times at all as they pressed us and trott make two good saves to but we grinded out the win in the end so buzzing walking from the ground earlier me and my boys was loved the chant that back fired on Donny singing it 1 minute before the winner "you've seen the Cardiff now f**k off home"

Far from our best but great to get the win.

Takes a bit of pressure off for Lincoln away, which will be very tough.

Great to win it at the end but agree a draw would've been a fair result.

I actually think BBM got 2 of his subs wrong today. Their number 7 was going passed Bagan every time and putting Willock in front of him left him open time and time again. Also Turnbull coming on for Robertson, I would've preferred Colwill for the energy he brings. Wintle was left exposed a lot.

Bold and the correct thing to do bringing Fish and Kapakio off who were both struggling 1st half.

Bagan worst game for a while but got the winner so all is forgotten.

6 point gap to 3rd with a game in hand. Onto the next 1
