I watched Oxford and Cardiff today and Cardiff v Doncaster was light years ahead.

Cardiff are gonna double bounce to the prem like Ipswich.

I've always referred to it as rotation and not tinkering. I actually think using that word is disrespectful to a manager that is doing a good job - especially as he said himself a few weeks ago that he doesn't want to be called that.

The sad thing is, in my opinion, that some said from day one that they didn't want him to get the job. They said we'd struggle so because that's not happening, they'll try and have a go at him in another way. The people I'm talking about never seem to have an internet connection when we win a game.
