will cardiff v blackpool in march be postponed?

As we play you on the 21st March and wales play on the 26th do you think our game will be called off
as you will have players in the wales squad.

The game is outside of the international window so will go ahead as planned.

The ‘international window’ is from 22nd - 30 March 2026, so Blackpool is the last League game to be played before the World Cup qualifier v Bosnia; hence no postponement

Not easy for players hoping to be selected for Craig Bellamy’s squad/team

I hope all of our international players turn out for Cardiff City in that Blackpool match which hopefully by then will be a vital match in our promotion push.

We need all our best players available for every game.

If they get injured or have to miss the Wales game for any other reason then tough.

How many times over the years have City teams been weakened after international games because of injuries, or because players are tired from travelling half way across the world, or have picked up a niggle, or need a rest?

I sincerely hope that Bellamy or any other international manager would not ask BBM not to pick their international players for a vital league game before an international but if they did I hope BBM would have the balls to tell them where to go.
