Brian Barry-Murphy:
"He'll be back available in 12 weeks.
The reason he had surgery, Rubin weighed up the pros and cons. Our physio and the specialist who did the surgery advised him that it was their opinion it was the best route.
I've had a lot of surgery myself, you always want to do the right thing for your body in the present moment and further down the line. I'm sure that Rubin's made the right decision.
I've spoke to him since he had the surgery and he's very positive. When you have injuries like this, the most anxious time is between the injury occuring and having the surgery. You're sort of thinking, am I going to have it or not?
Once you have it you can see the road back to recovery is underway and you can start ticking the days off to when you can get back in the gym, back on the pitch - and then back in the team."

Good Luck to the Lad - could not have come at a worst time with the way he was playing -
At least there will be no interest from other clubs come January - Time for others to step up .
