CCS part of Women's World Cup bid

Fri Nov 28, 2025 2:15 pm

Cardiff City Stadium has been selected as one of the 22 host stadiums for the 2035 Women's World Cup.

However, only 14 stadiums will be used for the tournament so eight will not end up hosting games - two of the three in Wales are expected to make the final cut.

The bid is unopposed so should receive final approval from FIFA next year.
