But Warnock will always be my fav manager. I recall standing at the Leppings lane tram stop after we lost 1-0 to Wednesday and had capitulated on getting into the play offs, this followed the 6-o at Preston. And being pissed off, moaning to a couple of City mates (who wanted me to shut up ) as, I was saying the only manager to sort us out was Warnock.
Wednesday all around us, and several agreed - thought we were either going to be battered, or have a decent conversation, which we did. And then a few week later Neil joined us.

You are years off there. Warnock was after DJ you are right but we had Malky, Ole, Slade and Trollope before we got NW.

Probably laughing at how he rinsed us of money with his agent friends too.

Agree with you there
Something fishy going on there with him and that agent that's been swept under the rug

Think he is confusing the game with when we lost 3-0 at Wednesday last but one game the season before Warnock came.Slade got the push soon after to be replaced by Trollope and soon after that by Warnock.
