Team for Saturday?

Wed Nov 26, 2025 8:30 pm

We'll get the injury update tomorrow when Brian does his press conference.

But, we know Rubin is out for a while. Joel also took a knock on Saturday which isn't serious but he'll probably miss this game.

Kellyman's natural position is at ten so I think he'll go there.

Lawlor maybe comes in, Fish was poor for the Northampton goal so he comes out.

Robertson as an eight because I'm not a fan of Turnbull, one of the few things I disagree with the manager about.

My team would be:

Trott
Kpakio Lawlor Chambers Bagan
Robertson Wintle
Willock Kellyman Davies
Salech

Strange that people are choosing to call Will PysGod as Fish. I thought we'd out-lawed that? :laughing6:

I would put mine but you just know he will start Turnbull probably so it messes my team up as it's like playing with 10 men .

As you know, I love BBM but I really don't understand the persistence with Turnbull. He's always poor.

We need more of a goal threat at home. I'd go with Davies for Rubin, but that will break the precious Pep system, so Ashford would be my 2nd choice. Hope it's not Robinson, IMO all the injuries have caught up, and he is a last 20 min sub..

Willock under BBM has almost been a Rubin level revelation, so i'd keep him where he is on the wing cutting in.

Turnbull has disappointed in every game he has started, no idea why, but it's just not the system for him, so with that in mind I'd play Robertson as 8 and Wintle the 6.

Kpakio is more of the wide player we need than Davies or Ahsford, so i would go with him.

I can see Osho returning with Chambers with NG and Bagan
