Chelsea Ticket Info Help, Please?

Fri Nov 21, 2025 10:59 am

Hi,
Just looking for tickets against Chelsea and I can't get any because it's stuck on season ticket holders criteria.
Which is not what I want.

Is it suppose to be 10 am today which of course is past and now 11am.

I had the same problem. After 48 calls and then on hold for 50 mins it gave me an option to purchase the tickets on the website.
Haven’t got a clue how it worked all of a sudden.

They should just let everyone purchase a ticket from the start then these problems would not have happened.

So, non-season ticket holders and non-members should have the same priorities as those with season tickets and memberships?

I’m not sure what’s going on with the system, but maybe popping down to the Ticket Oifice is an option?

Or maybe you know someone with a season ticket/membership, who could help you out now you’re a ‘floating’ attendee?

I’m sure I read somewhere that the criteria had changed to a maximum of four tickets!

Update: “Minimum 1 per person, maximum 4 per person) Supporters who bought tickets during Stage 1 will be included in Stage 2, and can purchase a maximum of four additional tickets.”

What an utterly stupid comment, which we've come to get used to from you.

Of course season ticket holders should have and did get priority. They've supported the team all this season so far and should absolutely get first choice on tickets ahead of some who maybe even haven't been to a game this season.

To suggest otherwise is frankly stupid.

Agreed Ned there would be no logic in getting a season ticket then would there if that was the case as anyone can buy the big games first as soon as they come on sale :bluescarf:

What an utterly stupid comment…

I hope you’re not having a meltdown.

How would you address it, then? :?

I look forward to your considered (rather than crass) response!

I’ve always tried to defend SamRean, as I know him and his situation. However, he is a grown up now, and needs to take responsibility for his own comments on here

Having (effectively) walked away from the club a few seasons ago, he (and others who gave up their season ticket ‘perks’) now want the penny and the bun when a ‘big’ club comes to the CCS?

It’s not always a ‘Tan thing’ either, as has been proven every time a supposedly ‘big’ game comes along!

Perhaps, if some people supported Cardiff City FC fully, rather than looking to attend the ‘sexy’ games, they wouldn’t have a problem getting all the tickets they want, would they? :ayatollah:

Can throw the Wales games into the mix because this sort of debate wil rage when playoff games come around? because simply put if you are not a taunement member or a red wall member you will not get a ticket .... Joe public or (glory hunters) have got no chance of obtaining tickets unless move to millennium stadium.... faw rewards those that watch team through thick & thin

As it should be, Allan!

I don’t have enough ‘points’ for all away games this season, but I don’t bleat when I can’t get a ticket for games I could attend. I just accept others have ‘first dibs’ and applaud them for their (away) loyalty!

I would love to go to an away game with Wales but I only been to 95% of Wales games since 73 (all home) so no chance of away ticket unless we get 20k tickets ! But that's life although could have gone WC in Qatar but I wouldn't do well in the heat same goes for usa plus could be altitude in Mexico (got friendly travel agent does packages).. health not good enough to risk 40c usa + altitude in Mexico .. but happy with home games

Aye, hence the lack of any reasoned response from the writer (who has posted elsewhere since) :ayatollah:
