Hopefully. Rotation is the route to success.
I hope he doesn't give in to those who have called him a tinkerman - which I think is incredibly disrespectful by the way.
Yet those same people want a bigger squad that would increase rotation? Baffling.

I think some would prefer to see a settled side with enough strength in depth to cover injuries and suspensions to the first choice starting team.
I think BBM wants a small squad of players all of a similar standard - the idea being that players are interchangeable and can be brought into and taken out of the team with no discernible loss of quality. The idea being that if players are injured, suspended or out of form, or if BBM feels a player needs a rest then there is a replacement of a similar standard available.
However the constant changing of the team is not helping players to form the relationships and understanding that are vital for a successful team. Trott for example hardly ever has the same two centre half's in front of him. The central midfield is different every game.
For me, and it's just my opinion, I'd prefer to see a first choice eleven who start most matches together backed with a squad of players ready to take their opportunity whenever it arises.
Having said all that, BBM is a League 1 manager and I'm not!![]()
