" Omari Kellyman "

Cardiff made a verbal request to play loanee Omari Kellyman against parent club Chelsea in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.

Permission is not expected to be granted but contentment from all parties about a productive loan.

He's a good player and suspect Chelsea may play a weakened side and won't risk Kellyman causing problems to them

It’s understandable really.

Yeh they have no real advantage by letting him play against them.

I may get pelters for this, but I prefer Isaac Davies

Don't agree, for a start Davies is better on the left and Kellyman has been playing on the right.

Kellyman is also just doing a job for us on the right, naturally better in the middle.

Still not 100% fit and will just get better.

Like it says above, City and Chelsea are both happy with how it's going.

City and Chelsea may be happy, but he needs to score more or add more assists. At the moment, Kpakio has better numbers.

Maybe I'm not seeing what you are. Specifically when we're up against it. Him and Ashford almost switch off.

I was hoping for more of a Cozier-Duberry type, who looks a problem every single time he has the ball and currently has 6 goals and 6 assists.

If he's not fit, then when, as it's nearly Christmas..

287 mins, 1 goal, no assists. He stood out against Reading, but not much more for me. I expect more.

I don’t think Kellyman should play, even if Chelsea allowed it. A conflict of interest for the guy, and can you imagine some on here if he ‘did a Gerrard’ and was responsible for a game-changing moment in the negative (accidental or not?

He’s developing nicely with us, so let’s keep him on side! :ayatollah:

Hopefully Ollie Tanner will be available again for this fixture, only the manager will know if it is the right game/time if he is indeed fit (obviously won’t be ‘match fit’) :bluebird:
