Paper I’d imagine.
What is the ticket criteria likely to be?

In my opinion, it should go in a a few stages:

1. Season ticket holders

2. Supporters who have attended a certain amount of league games this season or been to one of the previous Carabao Cup games

3. General sale

I’m hoping for season ticket holders can have 2. Don’t think it’ll be an issue as I’m pretty sure we won’t be close to selling out. 26K tops I reckon.

Think it will be sold out if they don't open red seats

Re: Chelsea Tickets Question?

Let's hope chelsea only get 10% of capacity 3,300 not 5,000,
as Nash will be in full swing with 500/1000 seats empty either side of the chelsea fans

Andrew, this game will draw a big crowd, so I see the upper Ninian being opened. Having said that, I don’t think anyone who wants a ticket will miss out, but they may not sit next to a ‘regular’ (season ticket holder) unless they’re a ‘member’, too! :ayatollah:

Are you still away? If so, are you all enjoying? :ayatollah:

You should be okay doing it that way, mate! Just don’t let him wear the Chelsea shirt you bought him last Xmas!

Sounds like you’re enjoying it out there! It certainly can get hot, but it’s a great place to visit! You all continue to enjoy! :ayatollah:

Disclaimer note (for the humourless on here):
Andrew and I know each other away from football, so the ‘joke’ about the shirt will be taken better by him than some on here! Ta (in advance)

I think anyone with a ticket stub from the Hull game should have first dibs .

St holders will have 1st go and probably have St activated for the game ... level 4 will get St activated (as part of package) as long as people tell club they're going..... doubt if St holders get extras considering we have 14k if give them one extra that is grounds capacity of 28k home fans! Dont club need to have % for sale to non St holders ?

Also should give priority to those who have been to other Carabao Cup games this season, that's only fair.

Ned won't please everyone whatever club does but I feel st holders shouldn't get extra tickets! like you say other criteria should be used to decide tickets

Hopefully the TV selections by Sky get announced soon so that the club can put together a proper sales criteria.

Game isn't for six weeks or so but obviously can't go on sale until they know whether it's the Tuesday or Wednesday and what the kick off time is.

Hope they get plenty of time so they can have a staggered sales criteria.

Agree it should be one ticket per person.

As said above, everyone who wants to get a ticket should be able to get one but I do see the crowd being big enough to open Upper Ninian.

Cannot see why the top stand won't be opened and unquestionably it's on tv after our performance at Wrexham if not fact only non Premier team left and div 1 team at that! :P

Your 1 ticket per person isn't really fair on anyone who wants to get a ticket for their kid or other half who only goes every so often. But I do agree that there should be a limit on how many tickets each person is allowed.

Not sure it will be a sell out either being a midweek match, it should be but we'll see how it goes.

I would be massively surprised if the match wasn't a sell out. Its a quarter final and there will be huge interest from armchair glory hunters and/or people who have a vague interest in City or Chelsea.

Agree. The Jacks had 500 less than capacity for their game against Man City last week, that's probably due to segregation.

We get close to that for league games anyway.

So I'd be shocked if the lower tiers weren't sold out and would expect most of Upper Ninian to be sold too.

Probably minimum of 30k will be in attendance.

Chelsea are entitled to 10% which is about 3.3k and they'll sell that out.
