"Ollie Tanner is having his boot removed this week, then he will start to become active. We said January all along, but the progress he is making is really good and he’s on track for that. If he comes back before then, it would be a huge boost for us.”

I watched the highlights of the Orient game and Ollie was on the sidelines in his City trackies and boot celebrating the win. He strikes me as a passionate player - inconsistent on delivery especially crosses, but always wanting to attack, and a real boost to the side when he comes on as a sub.

Will be delighted to see him get back to full fitness.

BBM likes him, no doubt. He's a different kind of player who always sticks out wide on the byline. He'll be massive when he's back; he's exactly what we needed in quite a few games recently.

No rush to get him back - most on here say we have the squad to push on - will be happy when he is back .
