In my first press conference, someone asked "what are you going to do with Rubin" and I didn't quite answer it because of what I perceived him to be.
But he's set the standard in training every single day.
If he does turn that into goals and assists then you'll see his stats in terms of those really reflect his performance.
That will see him become a real asset to the club and his country as we work through the season."

Kuckled right down and giving his all, as is Joel, great examples to the rest.
He also talked very highly of Chambers, Robinson, and Willock, taking on leadership responsibilities and setting good examples to the younger players
