But I think if you look at Leyton Orient with Ritchie Wellens, he's been the best manager in League One by a distance from my point of view. If you look at how they started last season compared to where they finished, it's a lesson for us all in terms of how to be consistent in your approach and improving all the time.
They build out from the back and are as progressive as anyone. When the need occurs, they can be really direct.
Once we've acknowledged that then the focus has to come back to what we can do in a home game that shows improvement and gives us the best chance to win."
