Believe they can as its not mandatory to call game off with x amount of call ups .... but obviously if lose international players it means your losing your best players so not in teams interest to play game

They can play the game because a request has to be put in to postpone it.

But if our opponents, Barnsley in this case, also have three players on international duty and put a request in then we can't block it.
