The younger Colwill brother is quickly emerging as one of Cardiff's most important players this season and Barry-Murphy highlighted how he helps to set the standard in training in terms of intensity.
"I saw him when he was on loan at Cheltenham, then Exeter, so I knew him from the outside," Barry-Murphy said of the 20-year-old.

We have found some fantastic talent from the club’s young stock this season, and Joel is high amongst them! To be fair, you said previously that he could outshine his brother and performances to date, show that there is a very healthy competition between the two, which has massively benefited and improved the team!
