With the value of our youngsters increasing by the game, I can't see Tan wanting to sell ant time soon. :banghead:

Tan is loving what's going on at club his wanting youngsters to play is paying of massively promotion is on cards so now he's hoping we get it so can bathe in the glory and adulation from fans... but! He's in for a shock if think he will be welcome at ccs.....like said before whoever wanted to buy club should have paid what tan wanted now cost far more "IF" Tan will sell in championship because I feel we may get to playoffs next season if make it there? Bournemouth & Ipswich did so under similar circumstances.... no we're stuck with him for the near future...

Don’t worry mate because we made a decent start to the season but some of our fans forget the shit they’ve done over the years and the fact we got relegated to league 1

Only way dalman wants to stop sale is if he or whoever put 40m in can afford to keep it locked up in city? is 2m or so interest payments good enough to keep loan tied up at city? Tan would have fold regardless of dalman if investers paid what tan wanted its clear they didn't want to ...bet their regretting that decision because club will be worth more today than what they could have paid for it ....my
Other half asked if tan was going to sell some club assets namely house of sports? Saw article on Facebook from voice of ccfc

I said in the summer that I could understand Tan deciding not to sell, from his point of view anyway. Because if we get promoted then the club will be worth more.

But it was also a risk. Because if we don't go up then the club will more than likely be worth less, even with the assets of good young players if they continue to develop.

I didn't know anything about the details of it myself but I was hopeful that it would happen and I'm still very disappointed that it didn't.

If we don't get promoted, then Tan may finally conceed to sell. I would say we are playoffs material based on the current squad and potential injuries. Strengthen the squad in January and we may be top 2. Let's roll the dice and see :bluescarf:

Paul, ‘no’ is my understanding also, as there are still interested parties, and Tan still wants out ‘at the right price’ for him!

Dalman remains an issue, but will be ‘sorted’ should Tan accept an offer, as he will ensure he walks away free of any liabilities (Dalman is a big one to him)!

The current state of play on the pitch will be having ‘for and against’ vibes for all concerned, as the club ‘performing’ is a ‘positive’ for potential new owners, and a ‘positive’ for Tan, who might expect the price to head closer to his (maybe) overly ambitious expectations!

Good post Sven, it's as i see it as well. There is no question Tan wants out and for him it's all about saving face financially, i'm hoping he gets a big pay day from Nantes in december which could then lower his demands to the potential new owners which we know are still interested.
