First half we were poor but we still created enough chances to be level going into half time. Second half we were better and again we created enough chances to score a few today but it was one of those games.
The 3 goals they scored was a worldie, a pen and an own goal as I’m sure it was going wide.
One thing we’ve struggled to do this season is actually have chances on goal and we’ve been quite poor creating in the final third but today we created quite a bit but couldn’t finish. It was just of those days.
The penalty aside I thought osho was decent and looked great at driving forward with the ball.
I think Davies and Robinson need to start as both are looking good when playing.
It will be interesting to see how we react to this as it’s the first loss of the season. Roll on Burnley and Wigan!

We did create chances.
But we also created our own problems defensively.
We are all disappointed by today, it's the first defeat.
But I have been saying for weeks that we would lose at some point and the test is in how we react. That stands.
We had an off day but it's not a major drama.

Top post. I'm surprised at the reaction of yesterday's game. We created many chances and looked the fitter side late on. Like you say it was just one of those days. I enjoyed the game, it was entertaining.

maybe an unpopular opinion but I'm glad we lost to be honest
we were getting hyped up so much by not just our fans but a lot of other fans and pundits and I felt the longer it went on the more pressure it was putting on the boys
we were being branded as the best footballing team in the efl by some(not our fans) and the truth is we are a young squad with a young manager who are all learning on the job
yes we are doing really well and I still believe we will win this league or at least get promoted but I think having us in the spotlight so early when everyone is still finding their feet is raising peoples expectations far too quickly
people are expecting us to be man city in every game and I don't think its fair to put that pressure on such a young squad
Sunderland didn't have this much exposure and pressure put on them when they were in this league with a young squad and that's probably why they did so well because they could just focus on developing talent rather than expecting champion quality performances every single game
if any of that makes sense

I said the same thing the players the supporters after our start were thinking we are going to get back up easy, yesterday was a real kick in the teeth the manager players and us needed as this a tough league and we are not going to run away with it.
bradford are by the best team visited City this season they came to win unlike other teams came for a point and they will be in the top come the end of the season just hope we are too the manager needs get the players in to bounce back a long way to go no panic button from me yet I trust BBM and the players will learn from that yesterday

Main thing for me was we kept playing and created chances, players kept giving it a go

The 3 goals were poor defensively , player left free on the edge of the box a crazy chalkenge by Osho and Willock not tracking his player back

It's been a huge overreaction did people really think we'd go the season undefeated? Lots of positives from yesterday. Created plenty despite a poor performance. Also we conceded a screamer, pen, then a poor goal. I'm convinced on another day we come through and win that game against the best team we'll play all year
