I'm gonna give credit to Bradford.
They and Graham Alexander had good tactics and they look like a good team.
I said a couple of days ago that they wouldn't be top six. I'm going to now say I went too early on that, really impressed today.
Also met a few of their fans in the pub before and after the game and they're top lads. So good luck to them.

Alexander won the coaches' battle. We can talk about missed chances, and yes, that's so important in how the game swings but their wide forwards were more direct/effective than ours, and they were far more compact than us.
If we had Junior and NML (types) in the wide space we create, it would be a different story.
Great lessons learnt for Monday's debrief session

They were fantastic today. Got a little lucky in the first half with some poor finishing from Cardiff but they played that game superbly, high press, not giving our players time on the ball, neutralised Reuben with 2 or 3 players on him as soon as he received the ball, clinical up front and they didn't park the bus even when 3 nil up.
They should be up there at the end of the season.

I thought they were good going forward but wide open at the back and but for some shit finishing we could have score 3 or 4
We on the other hand have been solid at the back and I'm just hoping today was an off day
I still think we will finish above them as I think they will concede twice as many as we will this season
Take nothing away from them today though they had our number

Bradford were more organised, more streetwise and they were very well drilled, knowing exactly what they were doing. When we had a break in play second half, you could see how together Bradford are - their number 10 was walking around talking to his team mates, while some of our players were stood alone with their hands on their hips.
Full credit to Bradford, it was a perfect away performance from them. They nullified us, then showed their quality to ruthlessly put us away. It was a well deserved win for them and I will be very surprised if they're not challenging for promotion.

Ned, the ones I spoke to (apart from a couple of young hotheads on Virgil Street) were great, and said they’d have been chuffed with a point today! Fair do’s to them!

I had a look through their squad, and it’s almost entirely made up of players from League One and League Two. They’ve raided Stockport for a couple, picked up player's from Barnsley, Salford, Wimbledon, and so on. The standout addition is Power, he looks an excellent signing. Comes across as a real leader and was constantly in the referee’s ear. That said, there isn’t a single player you’d call Championship level.
It just highlights what a fantastic job Alexander is doing. He’s very experienced in the game, and had them incredibly organised.
Their squad is smaller than ours, so whether they can sustain their level until January will be another big test. One of their CB picked up injury in yesterday's game.
Looking at the teams around us, Huddersfield and Bolton still seem on paper to be the biggest threats over the course of the season.

I agree very open at the back and Bradford will concede goals. Deserved to beat us on the day.
