The last pair I bought were from Costco, half that price. That was a couple of years ago mind.

Echo this re Nudie. Paul Smith were also my go to but last few years they’ve been making most of their jeans with this Stretch material imbedded which I don’t personally like.

They also seem to get better with age too, nothing but impressed with them.

There is only one pair of jeans and that’s Levi’s 501, the original and best.
