Those would be my four.
What I will say is I think Lawlor will go on to play for some massive clubs.

In addition to those 4 you would have to add John Charles and Whitts.

Apologies - just seen the 'elsewhere' - so perhaps not Whitts.

By some measures Gary Medel should be on that list
...and maybe Jay Bothroyd too

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink
Robbie Fowler
Trevor Sinclair

Toshack will be top of that list.
Ramsey in 2nd place.
I was going to type more, then realised I'd just be repeating original post

Crap for us but argument for Zaha.
Fabio was a brazil international.
Burgstaller was a top level bundesliga striker for a fee years.
El Ghazi, Loovens both played for the Netherlands.

Gerry Hitchens, Played for city in the 1950's, 95 games, 40 goals. Went on to play for Aston Villa, Inter Milan, Torino, Atalanta, Cagliari and England. Widely regarded by fans who saw him play for us as one of the best ever. Personally I'd throw in Ian Gibson too, a qaulity midfielder even though we got him at the latter days of his career.

In terms of honors won elsewhere - its got to be either Rambo or JFH in recent era? Maybe Fowler?
Toshack of course- all time (I think)

All time then surely it has to be John Charles. He was right at the end of his career when he joined us but no one else who has worn the City shirt is held in such esteem in the footballing world. Top goalscorer in the old first divison, record British transfer fee when he moved to Juventus where he topped the Italian League scoring, third place in the Balon D'or. Booby Robson said he was the only player ever to be world class in two positions. He has a stand at Elland Road and a sports stadium name after him in Leeds.
With all due respects to Toshack, Rambo etc none of them come close.
