WIGAN AWAY PUB WITH CAR PARK?

Can anyone remember the name of the pub for away fans it was in the championship when we were there last cannot find it on away days site it was a modern pub like a beefeater type with a beer garden ?
Going back a few years now.

Think i may have found it the
"RED ROBIN" ?

The Red Robin, is a 5 min walk to the ground, but getting away is a nightmare. Its on the retail park by the stadium. To be honest unless you park away from the stadium its a nightmare getting away.

This is one of those grounds that I would recommend parking away from, as even the official away parking will be Qing to get away.

But as an alternative, the road to the away parking has ca parks, (Unofficial) and a entertainment complex that I had beer in (Pos Jump), that is then a 10 min walk to the ground. May have changed since.

I'm there, but train for me.

if it's any help the last time I was there they had a marquee outside the ground??

I live in Wigan and the Red Robin is definitely the pub concerned. Large Car Park between it and the Stadium

I dont know whether they do it on match days - but the Red Robin does a very nice carvery


Anyone travelling by train will have a casual 15 minute walk to the stadium. Out of Wigan North Western turn left, under the bridge, and follow the road up to Saddle Junction. Cut through Asdas Car Park and then you are virtually at the stadium.
