JUST THE KICK IN THE AR.E WE NEEDED

Sat Sep 13, 2025 4:40 pm

Glad we drew and this should be a warning for bradford and wigan next ,should be a lesson for murphy chambers at port vale chambers today what a coincidence and a other physical team like cale and we struggled, and perry NG has always dropped a b.llock osho needs to get upto speed quick if either lawlor or fish get injured likewise this new winger needs to be ready to replace ashford and robertson also needs to ready himself .

Very lucky today but bradford thrashed huddersfield so we know whars coming

I have to agree with you Monty.

Why why did NG and Chambers start

Hopefully we go on now and take it out on Bradford

Thought Chambers slowed play down and I’m sorry but everything that Ashford did was poor.

Chambers kills momentum slows it right down and should have mivwd on in the transfer window,
perry ng has gone backwards all last season and this season another player we should have moved on and replaced with a right back.

Davies deserves a start ahead of Ashford I think.

We are going to have games like this.

There are games where we won't play well, which means getting a good away point while not at our best is a great trait to have.

I'm not going to question BBM over team selection because he still has credit in the bank.

Still unbeaten, still top of the league and still haven't conceded from open play.

Chambers did exactly what I thought he would.
Slowed everything down far too much, and just isn’t confident in the physical battle.

NG doesn’t suit this style of play either.

Not a coincidence that as soon as they both went off, we looked far more comfortable from the backs and was then creating from the back.

Got away with a point today and a good point will be interested in why lawlor and tpackio didn't start thought the tactics and team wrong today from start chambers not a centre half ng has been awful for at least 2 seasons anyway we got a point still undecided about bbm being the best thing somethings I like somethings he annoys me like today's starting team

Murphy just needs to cope with physical teams such as stockport and port vale this could be our weak spot.

When the team was announced I made a comment that chambers isn't a centre half so yes I did actually ill stand by what I believe and will make my own mind up on players managers coaches playing style whatever involves my club cardiff city plain enough?

You're undecided on the manager after our best start to a league season, being top after seven games, still unbeaten and not conceded a goal from open play?

Yeah, that sums you up.

You were sharpening your knife in that second half and were probably gutted when Salech scored. And sadly you're not alone in that mindset.

We did struggle to get into game monty but whilst could have lost both games today by 3 or more goals neither actually scored from open play in either game! If we survived in these games it gives you more confidence can go all the way..

Very poor first half, second half was good but it’s the best result we could have hoped for after the start.

Ashford must be doing better in training than Davies, or perhaps Davies wants to be an inverted winger and Willock is doing more, either way I think he finally deserves a start if he’s trained well.

Listening to the interview after it sounds like Chambers and NG have both done well during the international window and earned the right to have a chance. Unfortunately for both neither impressed, Ng one of my favourite players for being such a tw*t and wind up, but just offered nothing going forward today.

Both have a part to play this season, there were players who did poorly against port vale who improved massively after it, so let’s hope these two manage that.

Overall, a good point away from home, penalty was soft but they should have scored from open play a few times and we rode our luck

Just back from the game, certainly got away with one today. As people have said, Chambers too slow and always going backwards, but ultimately at times too many of our players were bullied by Stockport, Ashford a prime example but could say that for quite a few.

Referee also not the best (again), Salah was man handles constantly, in fact lots of shirt pulling going off all over the park by Stockport - ref ignored most! The lead up to the pen saw this, but the lines man only 5 yards away ignored it.

But a point in the end felt like a win, and the celebrations, manic. lol. Also a big shout out to the City that were in the home section to our left, about 6-8 of them, just couldn't resit to go mad when we scored.

Didn't deserve to win, but a point is a point and after we played like we did, I'll take that.

I think we are managing Davies's gametime
NG is also off an injury and needs gametime

I said at start of the season I will give him 10/12 games to prove he's as good as some spout off at the moment yes a good start but I've seen and heard things from bbm which I'm not that convinced with if that's alright with you? Tough if it's not I have my own feelings on things and we will see negative yes and why not because not everything is perfect I pays my money like everyone else so I will decide after say 12 games and I'm talking league games

I think you're probably right about Ng but there are plenty of less important games coming up this month ( League Cup and that other cup whatever it's called) that he could be given game time in.

Strange from Murphy to select chambers and NG over two outstanding youngsters

Osho surely instead of chambers if he was resting Dylan but then brought Dylan on instead so who knows

Agree. Would liked to off seen Davies cone on for Ashford or start for him as feel he's had 2 poor games in a row now. Which everyone will go through. Guess davies starts Tuesday but would like him to start league game
