Heard that Bagan shushed the Stockport fans after we scored because they'd just thrown the ball away from him when it was 1-0.
But Challinor charging up to Bagan and having a go at him was unnecessary. Thankfully it seemed Bagan handled it well.
Like the City commentators said, "Challinor needs to wind his neck in."

Charge up to him? Were you watching the same thing as me? He went up to calm him down and seemed like he was giving him really good advice and helped with the situation from becoming a lot worse.
Bagan easily could have been booked.

Walk up to him, charge up to him, whatever. It doesn't really matter what phrase I use.
It's not his job to give Bagan advice. Should have left it alone.
Bagan was not lucky not to get booked either. Not when Norwood is allowed to stop a counter attack without getting booked.

His face and body language clearly was calming and conciliatory and seemed to work and diffuse the situation.
I’m glad he did that and stopped the situation escalating.

The situation had passed. Challinor should stay in his lane.

Bagan was shushing the fan passed the dugouts. That’s when Challinor spoke to him because it was literally next to him. Bagan was moving towards the fan. Love to see the passion but also love to see respect.

Bagan has the right to do that. It's not Challinor's job to tell him what to do. If he had an issue then he should have said something to the fourth official, referee or our manager.
I will always stick up for our players over an opposition manager.

That’s my point. It wasn’t a row.
It was an experienced head trying to calm down a hot headed youth who was close to going over the line with his interaction with someone in the crowd.
I’m glad he did it. He helped our player out. There was no confrontation.

What a load of bollocks.
Challinor didn’t like that Bagan was giving it back to the fan. f**k all to do with de-escalating the situation.
Talking about his body language, it looked the complete opposite to what you’re describing. He walked up to Bagan with steam coming out of his f*cking ears!
