Only last Saturday did I reminisce with my mate about running to the back of the Bob bank to ‘greet’ the away ‘special’ pulling into Ninian park halt late 70s (mainly Chelsea and spurs).

That lasted years didn’t it , definitely into the late 90s. The right rum for today’s taste
I can’t say I’ve ever taken to the CCS . Level 4 of grandstand is nice for a bit of comfort but atmosphere wise, it’s pretty dreadful. Unless Vince is repeatedly beating a drum , very little songs start up and what do are concentrated to the canton and are of a drum induced repetitive nature . ( I f*cking hate the drums )
Ninian stand , grange end and A block each had their unique feel . Proper songs .
