Are the Cardiff City hierarchy doing anything?

Ali Maxwell from the Not The Top 20 Podcast:

I'm very enamoured with Barry-Murphy and the job he's done at Cardiff so far.

It's no secret that I wasn't a fan of how Cardiff have operated for quite a few years.

But this year, they've signed Osho. He worked with BBM at Rochdale when he gave Osho his first chance at senior football.

I don't know if there was a link with Nathan Trott.

The Enzo Maresca link seems quite compelling as the reason they've got Omari Kellyman.

It does again make you think, is anyone else actually doing anything at Cardiff?

If it's just BBM's contacts and nothing else then it is a bit unusual.

And within that context he's also done good work with, for example, Chris Willock. He was very unpopular with Cardiff fans and looked like a waste but now scored in the last two games.

All the academy players as well obviously.

But it's really exciting what he's doing.
