Tom Cleverley:

‘I’d be proud if I was a Cardiff supporter today. Six Academy products started, they’re a brilliant team. As manager of Plymouth Argyle we’re inspired by what they’re doing’

Nice words from him but it looks like Plymouth need some major surgery. Very ropey at the back and a little weak in midfield

Sounds like (for once) we’re the club/team to set a positive example in our playing style and commitment!

We were impressive today and the plaudits will surely come!

Let’s just hope BBM doesn’t get the monthly award whose name no one wishes to whisper! :laughing6:

Surely, he’s nailed on for that though?! :ayatollah:

that match showed who will be going up and who will be going down.
And Plymouth are a team that looks like they need major changes if they were to stay in this league.
Can't pass to each other without giving the ball away, and set-pieces are the worst i seen in a longtime.
Not physically strong enough for this league and needs urgent players who are physical and a leader in midfield.

Yes it's still early in this season but going to the match made me realise that they are potentially going to have
a long gruelling season.

I’ve never known other managers and teams fans to be so complimentary towards our football

Doesn’t show that at all.

Far too early for that.

That's incredibly harsh.

First 40 minutes, they were alright. It was a scrappy half but an even half.

Under this manager, I feel if we score the first goal at home then we'll probably win. That was the case today and nothing they could do about a wonder strike by Wintle.

Yes they struggled in the second half but that's because we were throwing a lot at them and pressing them relentlessly.

I said before the season that I think they'll be mid table. Made a load of signings but they're not top six material.

They'll also be nowhere near relegation.
