Barry-Murphy said King twisted his knee in a training game and their "worst fears were confirmed this evening."

He added: "He has damaged his ACL. It's a serious injury. He will now see a specialist and will now see a specialist in the next 10 days to two weeks.”

“Eli King has been ruled out for the season, with Brian Barry-Murphy stating the players in the dressing room were "sombre" upon hearing the news.
