Better than Tuesday's, but still not great.
What marks out of ten would you give today's referee?

Someone will need to educate me on the laws of the game.
When Saville was shot after the ball glanced off his head in injury time of the first half, and Joel C picked up the ball in the penalty box and clearly had it, why did they get the ball after the miraculous recovery of Saville?

I wondered the same thing, but seems it’s the right call. Proper conned the ref though.
Dropped Ball for the Keeper: When play is stopped for any reason other than an offence, and the ball was in the penalty area (or the last touch was in the penalty area), the dropped ball goes to the goalkeeper of the defending team. Ref was poor, giving free kicks for a dive in front of the linesman who didn’t wave a flag for there to be any intervention, then allowing pushes in the back which were legitimate go unchecked. He could also have given them a penalty and I doubt many would argue with it.
I didn’t know if a goalkeeper knees a player in the chest outside the box it’s just a yellow, had he caught Robinson a little higher it would have been like the Schumacher goalkeeping incident

Cheating fucker should have been sent off for that con job, or on Oxford street practicing his 3 card monty. Ref gets a 2 just for letting him get away with that crap. And that time he gave them a free kick by the corner flag when the lino was stood right next to the "incident" & didn't even twitch, never mind raise his flag, yet the ref gave them a free kick because he saw something that not 1 other person saw.
Awful referee.

What a mental rule

4/10 for all the reasons mentioned above. Better than previous but still some baffling decisions
